For Aunt Bri

Sawyer has a special place in her heart for her Aunt Bri! Every time I say "Aunt Bri", Sawyers face lights up and she usually puts her hand to her head and pretends she is talking on the phone with her. My parents and sister, Aunt Bri, are coming up in a few days. Sawyer can't wait to love on them and share some toys with her Aunt Bri. Here are a few pictures of them over Christmas. Can't wait to see their friendship grow over the years =D Sawyer doesn't know it yet, but she is very lucky to have such a wonderful Aunt!

Chatter box

We have a little chatter box on our hands. She is non stop babble these days. She will try and say anything you say. Here is a little list of what we can understand, these words she says on her own without me asking her to say them:

Christmas in Louisville

Our Louisville trip was amazing. We got to see so many people, eat good food, fellowship with sweet friends and family who lives far away...and Sawyer had a blast! She had some sleep issues, but we got through it and tried to not let it get us down.

I feel so blessed to have so many friends and family that love us in Louisville. It is so much fun coming "home". I am hoping to plan a spring trip for Sawyer and I. She flies for free until she turns 2 so we are going to try and take advantage of that.

Sawyer was so sweet with all her family. Susu got lots of love and Sawyer finally warmed up to Uncle Chad





We cheered on the cats, loved on Susu some more and tried to get a pictures of Sawyer and her "Ra Ra", this is the best we got




We spent some time with Clint's dads family. Sawyer loved going outside with her Papa Bella, wish we could have spent more time with them!








Sawyer let her great Uncle Fred read her a story...so sweet


We spent an evening with our dear friends, the Schrieners. Sawyer and Lydia had a blast. Wish we could see them more!!!

My mom has the pictures we took at her house so I will try and post those when I get them! Sad that our trip is over but thankful for safe travels and looking forward to seeing everyone again.

Christmas present

We are back from Louisville! We had an amazing time but it sure was exhausting. Sawyer did great on the plane and loved being with her family, this girl was living it up! We were reminded of how much we love Louisville, but we are trusting that God has us in Philly for a purpose and that is what brings us peace.

My Christmas present from Clint was a family photo shoot done by his good friend who is a professional photographer. It was such a thoughtful gift and something I will always cherish. Here are some favorite pictures
