Sweet friends

We've been busy around here lately. Gearing up to watch the Big Blue play in the final four this Saturday. I'm so nervous...but trying to remind myself that in the long run this game doesnt matter. Of course it doesnt help that we are playing one of our biggest rivals, U of L. Oh I wish I could be in the state of Kentucky during this crazy time.

Anyways, Sawyer is doing great as usual. A few days ago I took some quick shots of her and Jane. They were being so sweet playing together outside. Oh I pray their friendship continues to grow and that they will encourage each other to be like Christ.

I've been kinda in a blogging slump, especially with all the nice weather, we are spending lots of time outside and I am not bringing my camera. With Easter coming up I'll be doing some more posts that are Easter related!

We've been busy lately and playing outside a lot. I have slacked in taking pictures. I'll try and do better! Enjoy the first week of Spring. I know we will =D

Spring is here...

well for a day at least!

Today was in the 70's and Sawyer LOVED being outside. She spent hours out there today and she would have spent more if I would have let her. She is getting so big and I am so excited about this spring and summer. We are going to have some good times. Here are some pictures of our Spring day. Notice how long her hair is getting, and her precious new shoes from Susu!







Loved how she was talking on the phone in one of the pictures above, and she was loving our patio in the below pictures. I want to get her a little table for the patio to sit and eat lunch and dinner on. I think she would LOVE that!

My big girl

Sawyer seems so big to us lately. She has her own mind and knows what she wants when she wants it =D Usually its a good thing but we for sure have a moments of melt downs. She's 17 months old today. Here are some stats so I can remember:

-Wears a 5 or 6 shoe
-Size 4 diapers
-Clothes 18-24 months
-Still has three bottles a day =D This will end shortly and she will just drink milk from a sippy cup, right now I am loving my cuddly baby
-Takes a rest time in the morning around 10. This includes reading books in her crib and listening to classical music. She gets her paci during this time so she usually stays in theree around 30 minutes
-Takes her nap between 1-2 and will sleep around 2 hours.
-Goes to bed between 7-8 and gets up around 7.
-Eats pretty much anything. Her favorites our oatmeal, bananas, carrots, chicken, and of course anything sweet.

Sawyer went to her room and got her puppy to bring out to the family room, then I snapped this adorable picture of her





We've been cheering on our Cats...Go Big Blue. My mom sent Sawyer some new Cats gear right in time for March Madness. Sawyer will get the pom poms and chat "God big Blue" in her little way...its precious.






Sawyer loves her time with her best buddies. We are very thankful for these three girls




She experienced her first veggies and ranch experience with her daddy. She loved it and so did Clint. She sat with him for around 30 minutes...which is rare these days.




A few nights ago Sawyer climbed up on the couch and grab our magazines and looked through them. It was too cute. Her baby is underneath her, I think she was reading to her =D



And last but not least Clint decided to give Sawyer a little mohak during her bath, cutie bug. She also loves her bath time, espeically when daddy gives it!
