Whoa...I am worn out! We just got back from a fun playdate at the mall with all of Sawyers buddies from church. There was an indoor play area that the kids could run around and climb on things. Sawyer loved it, she did take a couple of falls when the bigger kids would run into her. She cried but I don't think it was because it hurt, I think it was because she was sad that the kids knocked her over =D She is a sensitive one! Then after we played we went to eat with all the mommas and their kids at Chick fil A, it was packed. But we all made it and enjoyed our lunch. Now, Sawyer is asleep and this mommy is tired!!! But I had to share some cute pictures I took of Sawyer yesterday and today.
I bought Sawyer some pom poms at the Dollar store for her to play with. She is loving them and little buttons. They keep her busy for awhile and help with her motor skills and we are working on organizing the pom poms by color...
Sawyer is loving her bears recently. Here are a few pictures of her loving on her bears!
And here are a few of Sawyer and her baby...this girl still love sher babies! She goes back in forth between which baby is her favorite. RIght now its her baby Stella from Susu.
Today I had to bring Sawyers car seat in the house because we were going to put it in Bethans car to go to the mall. Sawyer had a blast playing with it. I got the camera out and as soon as I started to take pictures these are the faces I got =D
OKay these are the last pictures. She thought of this all by herself...
We have had a great start to the week! The weather is suppose to be warmer which is great news! Sawyer is LOVING being outside. We finally got to go on a family walk last night when Clint got home from work...I miss those! Hoping for many more in the future! Blessings!!!

Our weekend
We had a pretty laid back weekend. Clint had to work a little bit but we did get to go on a date Saturday night. Our sweet neighbor Anna came over to watch Sawyer. She's a freshman in high school and I adore her and so does Sawyer! We are thankful to have a great girl like her living so close!
These pictures our precious, I think! We were waiting for Daddy to come home from work and Sawyer was rocking it with Elmo...this has become her new favorite thing to do...I love this first one =D
Grammy sent Sawyer some animal crackers in the mail and they made for a perfect after nap snack!
I was going through Sawyers closet this morning trying to figure out what she should wear to church and I saw an adorable outfit my mom made... I think I wore it, mom? Anyways, Sawyer looked too cute in it and she loved the snowman on it!
Hope you all had a wonderful weekend...looking forward to warmer ones!

Sunday and Monday
We had a great Sunday yesterday. Sawyer got dressed to the best for church. Susu got Sawyer this dress last time we came into Louisville. I love it and Sawyer did too. I could tell she felt pretty in it! =D
I took some pictures of our Trinity Kids area this Sunday. To help you all understand what we do every week. Since we are renting a space at a school we have to load and unload every week. In this picture you can see Clint starting to unload the Trinity Kids stuff in the space we use for the little kids (0-3). We store all of the toys/rugs/snacks in those big black containers. They have wheels on them and they are stored in a trailer that we store somewhere during the week.
We did have the kids area up on the third floor but we are having some issues with meeting up there now. So for the little kids we set up a space in the hallway and make it the perfect little area for the little ones. They love it! Sawyer and I come early with Clint to help him set up. She is really starting to enjoy it...I like how it is teaching her about serving. Whether she gets it or not it is instilling an attitude of serving!
Our big kid space is a work in progress, but it's working well with the amount of kids we have. As we grow more (Lord willing), we will need to figure something else out. Right now they meet in this open space. The white board is used for story time and the bins are filled with toys. I'd like to try to think of some other creative ways to help bring the bible to life for these kids. Storing things are our issue though, any ideas???
We all are so thankful for Germantown Academy. It is serving our church body well! I will try to update more on our church plant as things change!
Today we got a Valentines package from Susu and Paw Paw Steve. I think I loved it as much as Sawyer. Here is a cute little picture of Sawyer with her new shoes on and eating a homemade cookie from Susu.
Sawyer threw a fit when she had to finally take her shoes off...this girl loves shoes! Susu also got Sawyer a new book, it's precious and we have already read it a few times! Thank you Susu and Paw Paw Steve. You made our day a little brighter! =D

Here is a cute little video of Sawyer walking her babies and playing in her kitchen. This was taken this morning, she was loving it. My video camera died at the end or I would have taped more. Enjoy watching our baby love on her babies!! =D

What Sawyer's thinking...
"I wanna eat Oatmeal for breakfast every morning"
"I wanna puppy" (she got her puppy out of her room and brought her into the kitchen, after she saw puppies on TV)
"I wanna go outside" (she got the shoes and jacket out by herself, and put the bow on by herself)
"I wanna clean like Mommy"
"I wanna look like Mommy"

Valentine's Day
Happy Valentine's Day sweet readers! We have had a great day and night...filled with lots of sweets! We started our day off with chocolate chip pancakes, Sawyer loved them. Then she had some dark chocolate after lunch which she couldn't get enough of.
Sawyer has been on the cranky side lately. She has a cold with a runny nose and slight cough and she is teething...4 teeth in the making! Thankfully, today wasn't too cold out so we went on walk and she was loving being outside again. We sat on the patio and watching the world go by. We live across a Fire hose repair place, so they were working on a firetruck and Sawyer had a blast watching them.
Sawyer has been eating her daddy up. At night she only wants to read books with daddy and she wants daddy to come and play in her kitchen, etc...It warms my heart and I know Clint is loving it! Speaking of daddy, here are some pictures of my sweeties:
Here are a few pictures of Sawyer cleaning...one of her favorite things to do, hopefully this will continue the older she gets...maybe she got her Grammy's OCD =D
Sawyer fell down today while playing outside, I could tell it really hurt. She scraped her finger. She did awesome while I was cleaning it and loved having a band aid on. You will also see her watching her "Baby Praise" DVD from her Susu:
It was a relaxing, fun day filled with lots of LOVE. I am so blessed. But I missed all my Valentines in Kentucky!! It's getting harder and harder being away from "home". I miss you all and think about you so much...
Sending lots of love from Philly!!!!
Love, Alex
