Our talented daughter

Here are two videos. One is of Sawyer giggling some more, too cute! The other is of her playing the piano, lets just hope she takes after her grandmother and great-grandmother, and not her mommy...haha!

Today marks our one month of being up here. I had a sad moment last night, thinking of our family and friends who feel so far away. But I am reminded that we are doing all of this for Christ, and it is all worth it!

  1. She is so precious, I love baby giggles. :) I am definitely praying for Trinity and all of the families that moved to be a part of that church. I am sure that it must be difficult being so far away from friends and family.

  2. Yes, I think I detect a future child prodigy in the works. Chopin and Mozart would be so proud. I think she's going to have a great sense of humor. Remember your pillow saying...Anybody can buy big boobs, but a sense of humor is a gift from God!

Think of it this way...all your family is really only a 2 hour flight away. A hundred years ago, if someone lived in downtown Louisville and had family in Shelbyville, they too would have lived 2 hrs away. Distance is relative but we miss you all every minute.
